Really liked the song with the heavy synth work, though not sure what to make of the video or what you were trying to convey with the religious imagery. Having listened to a handful of songs now, I appreciate that you simultaneously have mannerisms in your playing that make it “you” while also bringing something new/different to each song. I don’t know how long you’ve been playing, but I’m impressed by the maturity in your composition and playing/note choices. In this song for example, the slides in and out of notes were great. Not a hard technique, but just made the lines you were playing more interesting than if you’d simply played the notes.

Going down the rabbit hole… this is the third video of yours I’ve watched in the past hour :) I have to say, as an instrumental rock/metal guitarist myself (I started playing in 1986 at age 15), I appreciate your sensibilities regarding your technique. It’s a beautiful combination of flash and restraint, that confidence of knowing when the cut loose and when to pull it back. It makes your compositions interesting rather than just being vehicles for demonstrating technique for the sake of technique. I mean, I’m still a shredder at heart, but I’ve always preferred technical playing combined with memorable melodies. Anyway, great work here (again). I’m quickly becoming a fan.
